Job Description

As this role is essential to the organization, it is vital candidate comes with a track record of delivery and proven experience. Among the many responsibilities are listed below: Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting.
• Prepare budgets and maintain budgetary controls.
• Lead initiatives for lean management, change implementation, and efficiency improvements.
• Oversee tax planning and submissions.
• Manage cash and foreign exchange transactions and their implementation.
• Ensure compliance with Group Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and internal controls.
• Liaise with company auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor financial details to ensure adherence to legal requirements.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Finance Manager will be confident in leading from the front and be responsible for the growth of the company and must possess the below requirements; Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Professional certifications.
• 10 years of relevant commercial experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in IT, with strong skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Analytical mindset, capable of working independently, and able to perform well under pressure.
