Finance Manager - Start Immediately

Job Descriptions

• Manage a team of income auditors on overall daily income audit, invoicing, pre-payment and reconciliation of income collection adhering to financial policies and procedures.
• The successful candidate will manage a team with 20-30 staffs (including direct & indirect)
• This shared service role also includes credit control portfolio. This involves evaluating and conducting credit assessment on new customers, take timely action on outstanding matters and ensure compliance to company credit policy. 
• Ensure controls are in place and compliance to operating policy and procedures. 
• Streamline and recommend improvements to internal controls, which cover the various revenue streams i.e. Room, Theme Park, Car Park and F&B.
• Initiate and implement process improvement to achieve efficiency.
• Able to perform analysis and present your analysis to management to support decision making.
• Develop and improve team performance through training, coaching and feedback. Monitoring team performance and development of goals.

Job Requirements

• Member of professional body (E.g. MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MACPA, CPA)
• Minimum 6 years accounting experience.
• Good negotiation skill.
• Meticulous, highly organized and strong leadership qualities.
• Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
• Experience in shared services role is an advantage.
• Experience in SAP is an added advantage.
