Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager - Excellent Benefits Package

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including audit, tax matters, and any other corporate governance.
• Ensure that all accounting controls are implemented and that all aspects of the financial information systems are accurate, up to date and consistent with accounting standards.
• Responsible to ensure a full set of accounting records are generated monthly on a timely and accurate basis.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for local and group management as required.
• Manage the overall Finance Department include fixed assets management, taxation, regular statutory reporting and compliance requirements.
• Analyze the monthly financial statements.
• Preparing financial related reports as and when they are required.
• To resolve any problems arising in the Finance Department.
• Checking and ensuring that purchase requisitions are in line with capital expenditure and expenses budgets.
• Prepare and manage Yearly Budget, Forecast, Cash Flow and Cost Impact Analysis.
• Formulate and implement effective internal control policies and procedures.
• Check and verify payment to all accounts payable by cheques, e-banking & petty cash to ensure that payments are in order and in compliance with SOP and the limits of authority.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy or related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/MICPA/ASCPA).
• At least 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work with others as a team and possess good personalities.
• Experience in managing hotel/retails industry accounting will be an added advantage.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet tight deadline and good problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in hotel financial operations and hospitality business.
