- Effectively perform accounting function related to Fixed Asset in adhering to Company policies & procedures and Accounting Standards
- Maintain financial accuracy in fixed assets through proper capitalizations, transfers, additions, disposals, written off, and depreciation.
- Effectively co-ordinate on fixed assets physical management, including monthly tagging, system updates and year-end physical count.
- Perform month end closing activities including prepare journal entries an reconciliations.
- To responsible for daily payment transaction activities and to ensure thorough and complete records keeping of all transaction.
- Overall responsibility on duties of treasury functions which includes journals for bank account; perform accounting function, bank reconciliations, audit inquiries and other core treasury functions.
- Timely update on month-end idle asset summary report in order to comply with Compony policies and procedures.
- Update Fixed Asset schedules/ report and prepare Investment Report accurately.
- To support & work together with others department on project or special request.
- To carry out any other duties and ac-hoc assignment assigned by superior.
