Finance Officer - Property Development/Construction/Manuracturing

Exposure to the Property Development/Construction/Manufacturing industry is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Property Development/Construction/Manufacturing Division's Finance section under your charge.
• Accountable for the full spectrum of finance functions as well as corporate and statutory compliance/activities under your section.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least a graduate diploma, academic or professional degree in Finance / Accounts, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of working exposure in the related field. High level of integrity, drive, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Competent in management reporting and operation systems.
• Must be able to communicate (read and write) in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Ability to work with all levels of employees and Management.
• IT and ISO literate.
• Exposure to the Property Development/Construction/Manufacturing industry is a prerequisite.
