Finance Operations Executive / Assistant Manager

We are seeking a Finance Operations Executive / Assistant Manager to join our growing team. This role reports directly to the COO/CFO and is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a managerial role as the company scales.

What You'll Do

Finance and Operations Responsibilities

• Assist to streamline workflows, strengthen and implement internal controls and financial policies across the departments.
• Assist to manage the full spectrum of finance operations including accounting receivables/payables, payroll, treasury and cash flow.
• Handle general administrative work, assist with vendor relationships, manage SaaS subscriptions and employees' reimbursements/company cards.
• Provide cross-functional support to sales, product, and marketing teams.
• Support Singapore HQ and overseas subsidiaries.

You Are:

• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations, ideally in a startup or SME where you had to wear multiple hats.
• You hold a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or you have equivalent practical experience that shows you can handle the work.
• You understand the fundamentals numbers, processes, and systems and you enjoy improving them.
• Detail oriented, dependable, and the kind of person who brings order wherever you go.
• You take initiative, solve problems independently, and keep things moving even when others slow down.
• You thrive in environments where clarity is earned, not handed to you.
