Penerangan Pekerjaan - Finance & Sales Support

Requirements

  • Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/ Finance or related discipline
  • Good knowledge of financial concepts and principles.
  • Working experience (1 or 2 years working experience) is preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

Responsibility

  • Responsible of budgeting and forecasting and monitoring of actual performance against approved budget/forecast.
  • Strong in communication and coordination skills.
  • Consolidate periodic cash flow forecast and review funding position of the Company.
  • Liaise with financial institutions, company secretary, auditors, tax agent and authorities on related departments.
  • various operations requirement mitigate risk in forex hedging for export activities and other.
  • Responsible for providing full support and coordination to assist sales team for day-to-day sales activities. lmplement and track various operational performance management objectives assist the sales to achieve performance.
  • Manage contracts/agreements related to operational tasks.
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Work and follow-up closely with logistic & warehouse department to ensure up-to-date planning and operations to meet delivery deadlines and sales target.
  • Responsible for processing sales orders and delivery orders accordingly.
  • Responsible for the administration and support of sales & marketing activities.
  • Prepare relevant sales reports as and when required to superior.
  • Monitoring sales enquiries & maintain all the customer database record with company system.
  • Manage and resolve daily operational issues.
  • Handling the product market feedback and coordinating with various departments to meet market demand .
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
