Finance Specialist

1.Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:

• monthly and end-year process
• accounts payable/receivable
• cash receipts.
• general ledger
• payroll and utilities
• treasury, budgeting
• cash forecasting
• revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• capital assets reconciliations
• trust account statement reconciliations.
• fixed asset activity
• debt activity

2.Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

3.Review financial documents for submission to Management and HQ in China

4.Ensure monthly reports are timely and accurate

5.Review monthly salary payment disbursement and other payables

6.Review and finalize cash flow planning and make financing proposals as required

7.Meet financial accounting objectives

8.Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

9.Coordinate and complete annual audits and yearly tax computation

10.Enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

11.Ensure accuracy and compliance to Internal Control, Corporate Accounting Regulations, ISO 9001 and 14001 requirements, as applicable

12.Coordinate BOD and AGM meetings document compilation.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Working experience as Accounting or Finance Assistant Manager
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to direct and supervise
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate constructively
• A highly responsible individual who has a passion to learn and is able to work independently.
