Job Description

• Maintenance of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Preparation of payment vouchers and petty cash vouchers.
• Ensure all payment vouchers are approved before making payments.
• Ensure all payments are accompanied by original documents.
• Ensure all capex are properly justified before purchase.
• Maintenance of petty cash account.
• Maintenance of capex/leased asset.
• Follow up on debtors’ payment.
• Preparing creditor aging report.
• Preparing of billings and remittance for customers and suppliers.
• Overseeing the attendance report of the employees of company.
• To assist with the licensing application with authorities.
• To undertake additional responsibilities or perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required by superiors.

Job Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably) in Business Administration, Accounting related courses.
