Finance System Business Analyst Sr

Work with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and business needs, followed by articulating those into documented business requirements and demands. Assist with prioritization exercises by providing cost and effort estimation/analysis. Manage the priority of demands to map them appropriately into a process focused functionality roadmap. Contribute as a global team member as part of the overall application delivery process. Manage and successfully deliver high complexity projects. Assist with the onboarding of new Business Analysts. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. 5-8 years of related experience is required CBAP certification achieved or expected within role Agile and Lean Six Sigma certifications are desirable An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered. Experience in computing systems or IT support is highly desirable Creative problem solving Ability to influence others Mentoring others strategic agility - strong understanding of why projects are being done Ability to ask tough questions and push back professionally and creatively to ensure the success of the organization and projects Comfort with presenting Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
