Finance Technology Intern - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Responsibilities:
1. Assist with financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
2. Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and management.
3. Collect, organize, and analyze financial data using spreadsheets and financial software.
4. Develop and maintain databases to track financial metrics and performance indicators.
5. Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to support the development and implementation of financial technology solutions.
6. Assist in testing and troubleshooting financial software applications.
7. Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency through automation and technology.
8. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in finance and fintech.
9. Conduct research and analysis to support the evaluation and adoption of new tools and technologies.
10. Work closely with finance, IT, and other departments to support collaborative projects and initiatives.
11. Design, implement, and maintain payment gateway systems.
12. Integrate various payment APIs to ensure seamless transaction processes.
13. Monitor and optimize the payment system to ensure it operates on a cashless basis with minimal human interaction.

Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, computer science, information technology, or related field.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
4. Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
