Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Accounting Intern to join our Finance & Accounting department and gain hands-on experience in the F&B industry, specifically for Go Noodle House and Stuff'd brand.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Support the processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments. Assist with the reconciliation of accounts and manage outstanding receivables.
Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems and ensure the integrity of the financial information.
Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and investigating discrepancies.
Inventory Management: Help in tracking and recording inventory movements, performing stock counts, and ensuring accurate inventory valuation.
Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit queries.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct financial analysis as needed to support decision-making processes.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Process Improvement: Suggest and help implement improvements to accounting processes and systems.
