1、审视业务的月度、年度运营情况,进行财务管理和分析。
2、深入了解业务流程的各个环节,在不同的时间节点提供财务和运营支持。
3、负责定期核对往来账款,及时与业务人员沟通账务情况。
4、管理各类财务资料,整理会计凭证。
该职位支持居家办公,每周双休。
任职要求:
1. 财务相关专业,具备2年以上财务工作经验。
2. 熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件,具备良好的学习能力。
3. 对数据敏感,善于团队协作。
4. 拥有大学学历,思维清晰,主动积极,能够及时处理事务。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct financial management and analysis of monthly and annual operational status for business operations.
2. Delve into various stages of business processes to provide financial and operational support at different points.
3. Responsible for regularly reconciling accounts receivable and communicating promptly with business personnel regarding account status.
4. Manage various financial documents and organize accounting vouchers.
The position offers Work From Home and weekends off.
Job Requirements:
1. Hold a degree in finance-related field, with over 2 years of experience in financial work.
2. Proficient in using office software, with good learning abilities.
3. Possess sensitivity to data and excel in teamwork.
4. Have a university degree, with clear thinking, proactive attitude, and ability to handle tasks promptly.
