You Will

• Act as a Lead in Malaysia, overseeing the team responsible for chargebacks, disputes, refunds, and other financial operations processes.
• Be hands-on in operations, especially in the initial phase — gaining a deep understanding of the end-to-end chargeback process, including submission to the network, documentation, and resolution handling.
• Develop, optimize, and update operational processes to drive efficiency and consistency across markets.
• Maintain and update operations dashboards and tracking systems to monitor team performance and key operational metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, CS, Compliance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and a seamless user experience.

• Have at least 6 years of working experience, preferably in the financial or fintech industry.
• Possess strong operational knowledge of chargeback processes — from case submission to the network through to resolution and closure.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, with the ability to take initiative and guide others toward shared goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Analytical and structured thinker, capable of identifying root causes and proposing practical solutions.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, able to manage confidential and sensitive data with care.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and open to learning in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
