You Will

• Act as a lead in Malaysia to oversee the team in Malaysia responsible for chargebacks, disputes, refunds and other financial operations processes
• Develop, optimize and update operational processes to drive efficiency
• Maintain and update operations dashboards and tracking systems to monitor performance
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to achieve smooth operations and improve user experience

• Minimum 3 years of working experience. Experience in the financial industry or fintech sector is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, with the ability to take initiative and guide others toward achieving shared goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments.
• Critical and logical thinking skills — able to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose structured, practical solutions.
• High level of integrity and work ethic; capable of managing confidential data with professionalism.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with an open mind and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
