Position: Financial Planner and Adviser

Qualifications:
* Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Registered Financial Planner (RFP) designation
* Proven track record in financial planning and advising
* Strong knowledge of investment strategies, retirement planning, and wealth management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs

Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth financial assessments to understand client goals and objectives
* Develop personalized financial plans encompassing investment strategies, risk management, tax planning, and estate planning
* Provide ongoing financial advice and guidance to clients, adjusting plans as needed based on changes in circumstances or financial markets
* Educate clients on various financial products and services to help them make informed decisions
* Collaborate with other team members to deliver holistic financial solutions to clients
