Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Join a Market Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and advise internal Service Provider on the computation of regional chargeback. Revisit and recomputed the chargeback on periodic basis.
• Facilitate the Financial Booking Governance (FBG) form sign off to allow chargeback across the regional office as per Group Finance FBG Policy.
• Prepare monthly regional chargeback billing, monitor accruals/provision and payments to iCIMB MSC & CAV.
• Perform journal entries posting, reconciliation and plan for the budget required in the next budgeting cycle.
• Participate and work with GF on Regional Chargeback End-to End Process improvement to mitigate any potential gaps in the current process.
• Review and update on IT manday rate studies as per Transfer Pricing guideline.
• Coordinate meetings and discussions with the stakeholders (e.g. IT Heads of Department, Group Finance).
• Other related tasks as and when is needed by Management.
• Drive internal financial processes, reporting and communications.
• Supporting the delivery of tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Required Competencies and Skills :

• Minimum 7 years of working experience in accounting/finance field.
• Experience in data-handling and analysis.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.

Functional skills

• Data-handling and analysis.
• Able to generate & document tables, listings and graphs for reports.
• Microsoft Office.
