Job Description:
- Manages in-house business operation and daily activities.
- Prepares sales report to CEO and assist CEO to monitor sales activities in CC ADVISORY Sales Team.
- Constructs fee-based financial plan for clients.
- Manages and monitors the progress of implementation of client’s financial plan.
- Manages and improves the client relationship management (CRM) system.
- Manages and develops Business Succession Planning (BSP) and Family Office (FO) for high net-worth individuals and business owners.
- Excellent candidates will be considered for senior position.
- Ad-hoc tasks given by superior time to time.
Requirements:
- Basic degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years working experience. However, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply this position.
- Intensive on-job training will be provided to equip with necessary knowledge and tools to perform the job superbly.
- Possess any of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Registered Financial Planner (RFP) or Islamic Financial Planner (IFP) accreditation or minimally passing Module 1 of CFP or RFP or IFP is an added advantage.
- Has passion to serve customers and always put customers interest first beyond personal interest.
- Has determination to assist CC Advisory to become the leading financial planning company in Malaysia and venture into South East Asia.
