Floor Supervisor (Non-Halal) - Urgent Role

Job Responsibilities:

• To oversee and manage staff to ensure excellent service and friendly manner.
• To greet customers and patrons personally as the window person of the restaurant.
• To handle guests’ inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
• To take orders and serve food and beverages to customers accordingly and recommend signature dishes and beverages of the outlet.
• To ensure customer satisfaction towards the food and the service.
• To ensure compliance with food health and safety regulation and hygiene at all times.
• To manage on the day-to-day operations of the restaurants including managing labour, inventory and supplies.
• To manage sales performance of outlet and understand the general operation cost.

Job Requirements:

• Applicant must possess a minimum of 1 years of F&B operations experience.
• Excellent operational, administrative and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persistent, dedicated, and able to work with minimal guidance.
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays
• Applicant must be willing and able to work in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley area
• Applicant must be willing to be transferred to different outlets if needed
• Applicant must be willing and able to work in a NON-HALAL restaurant
