KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setting Up Food & Beverage stall.
• Assisting F&B Kiosk Operation.
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed.
• Maintaining stock levels and ordering new supplies as required.
• Interacting with customers if involved with 'front of house' work.
• To assist and implement selling techniques.
• To ensure the kiosk area is clean at all times.
• Knowledgeable of all happening in the park.
• To maintain high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• To attend training sessions when require.
• To be responsible on side duties given by superior.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Candidate with a SPM, Diploma, or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• Additional courses in Travel & Tourism will be beneficial. 
• Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and a team player who can also work independently.
• Possesses sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 
• Possess great customer relationship management skills. 
• Has the ability to demonstrate great oral and written communication skills as well as supervisory skills. 
• Competencies in communicating in English, Bahasa Malaysia and other languages would be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be willing to work during weekends and public holidays to support the operational needs as and when required.
• Applicants must be willing to work at SUNWAY LOST WORLD WATER PARK, SUNWAY CITY, IPOH, PERAK.
