Food Technologist - Immediate Start

Routine Task General

• Support Food Safety, Halal and HACCP executive in setting HACCP system and quality control system.
• Support R&D Manager in product testing, new product development and prepare training materials.   
• Handle customers’ requirements on documentation and complaints.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Supervisor to plan classes and activities in order to fully utilize baking studio and seminar room facilities.
• Coordinate with social media and product team to ensure all classes and activities are well promoted.
• Internal audit to warehouse and showroom before any customers’ audits.
• Assist to monitor and ensure halal policy being compliance by warehouse and showroom.
• Upgrade quality system whenever necessary in order to fulfill customers’ requirements.
• Involve in product training to marketing whenever necessary.
• Handle ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirement

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/ Food Science/ Nutrition or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or 1 year experience is encouraged.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Willing to work at Taman Bukit Maluri, Kepong and work alternate Saturday for half day.
