Formulation Technician cum Microbiologist (R&D) - Positive Work Culture

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform bench top scale R&D trials based on manufacturing instruction and formulation given by Formulator / R&D Manager. 
• To handle R&D machines and equipment for the execution of R&D trials.
• To collect raw/ packaging material form Store or Production for R&D trials in the laboratory.
• To perform dispensing and segregation of raw materials for preparations of R&D formulations trials.
• To perform physical and chemical testing of samples such as pH, viscosity, tablet hardness, friability, weighing materials etc.
• To update respective laboratory logbooks, Trial Batch Record, equipment logbook etc.
• To perform microbial testing and method validation for microbial contamination test for samples.
• To comply with GMP/GDocP/GLP requirements, SOP's and company policies and procedures.
• To ensure the laboratory and all laboratory equipment  are neat and clean at all times.
• To perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum degree holder in any science related disciplines.
• Knowledge of fundamental scientific theories in the field of Microbiology is preferred
• Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques
• Able to work long hours with minimum supervision to meet tight deadline
• An ability to work individually and as a part of a team
