Job Description

• Identify Cost Optimization Opportunities: Analyse departmental cost allocations (budget vs. actual) and provide strategic recommendations, helping drive cost effectiveness.

• Deep Dive into Data and Deliver Insights: By actively analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting internal control data. You'll translate complex financial information, production performance reports, KPI trends into actionable insights

• Budgetary & Planning Expertise: Contribute to the budgeting process, productivity planning, and material planning, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Streamline Control Processes: You'll play a key role in developing and implementing control models and standards, ensuring efficient and effective internal controls.

The Successful Applicant

• A Degree holder in Accounting and Finance or professional paper holder (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, etc)
• 5-8 years of Direct Experience in Finance and Accounting
• Strong Manufacturing Industry Exposure
• Adept understanding of FP&A and Accounting Principles and Practices
• Previous experience in Cost Accounting or Factory Accounting
• Proficiency in Financial Software and Spreadsheet Applications
