About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-oriented, and data-savvy FP&A Manager to lead our "Reporting Engine"—the backbone of strategic performance visibility across the company. In this critical role, you will ensure data readiness for the CFO and Strategic Finance (StratFin) teams, enabling them to drive compelling, insight-rich narratives that support executive decision-making.
You will own and optimize key reporting systems (Jedox, ERP, dashboards), manage consolidated reporting cycles, and act as a co-owner of the reporting agenda with both Controllership and Strategic Finance. This role is central to framing the CFO's agenda, delivering enterprise-wide reporting for LTP (Long-Term Plan), AOP (Annual Operating Plan), and business performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise-wide “Reporting Engine”, ensuring timely, accurate, and aligned internal performance reporting across departments, business units, and regions.
Support the CFO and StratFin team’s storytelling output, ensuring data is insight-ready for use in board decks, investor updates, and executive decision-making.
Own and optimize reporting systems, including Jedox, ERP (e.g., SAP/Oracle), and BI/dashboarding platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), supporting the transition toward a more automated and scalable reporting future.
Manage monthly and quarterly performance cycles, including preparation of Board decks, management review packs, and KPI scorecards (with tables, visuals, and insights).
Drive variance analysis, identifying key business drivers and surfacing actionable insights to inform strategic and operational decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with both Controllership and Strategic Finance to align on definitions, ensure metric consistency, and improve the overall integrity of financial data.
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, especially focusing on cost center tracking, overhead analysis, and resource allocation efficiency.
Contribute to strategic reporting for LTP and AOP, enabling longer-term strategic planning and financial foresight for the leadership team.
8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, business intelligence, or finance systems ownership
Strong experience owning ERP/BI platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Jedox, Power BI, Tableau)
Proven ability to design dashboards and automate reporting workflows at scale
Track record of supporting senior leadership (CFO, FP&A Heads) with strategic performance data
Experience working in matrixed or multinational environments, preferably in tech, digital, or high-growth sectors
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field (professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, CFA are a plus but not mandatory)
Why this role matters
This is more than a reporting role—it’s the heartbeat of strategic performance visibility. As Reporting Engine Lead, you will directly support the CFO’s agenda, co-pilot the financial narrative for executive stakeholders, and drive reporting transformation across the enterprise.
Success Metrics
Accuracy and timeliness of monthly/quarterly reports
Reporting cycle speed and system efficiency
Forecast accuracy across key financial and operational metrics
Quality and clarity of CFO and Board-level reporting outputs
Stakeholder satisfaction across StratFin and Controllership teams
