Key Responsibilities:

• Franchise Sales: Identify and cultivate leads for potential franchisees through various channels including networking, industry events, and market research. Effectively communicate the benefits of franchising with our brand and convert leads into franchise agreements.
• Qualification Process: Conduct thorough evaluations of potential franchisees to ensure they meet the necessary financial, operational, and cultural criteria. Assess their capabilities, resources, and commitment to successfully operate a franchise unit.
• Franchise Development Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive franchise expansion in target markets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities and tailor franchise development strategies accordingly.
• Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with potential and existing franchisees. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the franchising process, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and facilitating smooth transitions.
• Compliance and Brand Standards: Ensure compliance with franchise regulations, legal requirements, and brand standards. Provide support and guidance to franchisees to maintain consistency in operations, customer experience, and brand representation.
