Job Description: As a Freight Customer Service Executive, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic operations, ensuring the seamless execution of international import and export activities. Your role is crucial in meeting and exceeding customer requirements, contributing to the smooth flow of our freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Excellence:
    • Execute import and export activities with precision, ensuring the smooth operation that exceeds customer expectations.
  2. Efficient Pricing Support:
    • Provide on-time price sourcing for freight rate to our Sales team and valued customers, showcasing LBL pricing strategic for competitiveness, accuracy and responsiveness.
  3. Documentation Handling:
    • Timely handling of shipping documentation, invoicing, Delivery Orders (DO), Proof of Delivery (POD), collection processes, and Port services management.
  4. Collaborative Coordination:
    • Collaborate seamlessly with shipping lines (FCL) and co-loaders (LCL) and hauliers for obtaining vital information and documents to streamline processes for customer support.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience:
    • Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
    • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding. Receive high acknowledgement and complement from customers on job commitments
  2. Communication Skills:
    • Strong communication in Mandarin (preferably but not compulsory), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. Professional Skills:
    • Able to practice duty and responsibilities in accordance to system and work processes. Be Proactive, with strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
    • Able to work independently under pressure and sustaining demanding work environments  with positive mindset. High attribute in urgency for meeting task deadline.
  4. Tech-Savvy:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Logistics ERP system.
