Penerangan Pekerjaan - Front Desk Assistant Manager

We arelooking for a highly professional and detail-oriented Front Desk Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will be a European female with excellent communication skills and a strong background in hospitality management. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Oversee the front desk operations to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience for guests.
  • Team Leadership: Assist in managing and training front desk staff to uphold high service standards.
  • Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with guests, team members, and other hotel departments.
  • Operational Management: Assist in scheduling, staff management, and administrative tasks to ensure optimal front desk performance.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of service provided by the front desk team, ensuring adherence to hotel standards.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing reports related to front desk operations, guest feedback, and other relevant metrics.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues that arise, ensuring minimal impact on guest satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a front desk or hospitality management role at a luxury hotel/property.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Professionalism: Strong professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Customer Service: Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Appearance: Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance.
