Front Desk cum Customer Service - Competitive Pay

Role Description:

1. Interact with all clients (both new and existing) including walk-in customers and to attend to all phone, mobile and online including social media queries effectively. (e.g.: WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)  
2. ensure all clients, customers and the like are greeted politely and served accordingly.
3. arrange for registration and appointment booking.
4. update all clients or customers’ status on clinic computer operated system.
5. cashiering all customers’ payment transactions and issuance of invoices 
6. carry out filing of all clinical documents and general administrative work assigned.
7. handle and manage all customers or clients’ complaints after discussion with Medical Director or Doctor-in-charge before reverting back to complainant.
8. ensure counter is always kept in a tidy and clean manner..
9. assist doctor when call upon if consultants and therapists are busy..
10. act as social media handler (to assist to shoot videos when doctors are performing treatments which can then be used to post on Insta-story, Tik Tok, etc.) 
11. other duties as and when assigned by the Medical Director or her nominee.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary school/SPM level in any field. 
2. At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field will be prioritised for this position.
3. Required Skill(s): Sales, Beauty Service, Pharmaceutical, Customer Service, Skin Care, Social Media Handling.
4. Preferably experienced in Healthcare/Beauty industry.
5. Able to work in a team or independently.
6. Able to converse fluently in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
7. Pleasant appearance. Good skin complexion is a bonus.
8. Passionate, highly motivated in self and business growth.
9. Good organisation skills and ability to multi-task.
10. Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
