The business has now expanded across all SEA and Oceania, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Japan, and Dubai. Our company is a manufacturer of daily and cosmetic products. We manufacture over 1,000 daily households under 12 categories. Our products include DYNAMO, FAB and WALCH*German technology laundry detergent, wet wipes, sanitizer, Japan technology 3-1 pods/capsules (KA, ArFum & Fresh HY). As a Front Desk cum Office Admin, they will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated, trustworthy and ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.

You will play an important role, such as:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Design and implement admin policies by establishing standards and procedures.
  • Receptionist role, such as answering and transferring calls; welcoming, assisting and directing clients and other guests of the organization.
  • Office upkeeping, such as facilities maintenance coordination, air conditioning system, water system, work desk, office equipment, office cleanliness.
  • Communicate with all pertinent authorities including dealing with contractors and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assign duty as required.

To be successful in this role, you would need to have:

  • At least above one year of working experience in the relevant field is required for this position.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communications skills in Chinese and English.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Enjoys human interaction and meeting new people.
  • Exposure working in fast paced environment.
  • Meticulous and well-organized individual
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
  • Added advantage if from FMCG or Retail background.
