Front Desk Junior Officer - Join a Leading Company

Job Description:-

• Complete Pre-Arrival procedure via Central Reservation System (CRS) before guests’ arrival

• Welcome guests with warmth and sincere greetings for check ins and fond farewells for check outs from hotel suites and Onsen by addressing guests’ surnames

• Maintain positive, polite, calm, composed and courteous attitude at all times during working hours

• Communicate and coordinate work with housekeeping team, Onsen operation team, shuttle service and bell service for daily operation

• Respond to guests’ requests and fulfil guests’ needs with their best interest in mind

• Manage guests’ bookings and reservations

• Courageous to manage crisis and conflicts at work

• Willing to work in night shifts

Requirements:-

‣ Diploma holder from renowned School of Hospitality is preferred

‣ Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowing Mandarin is an added advantage

‣ Well-versed with computer system

‣ People loving and friendly with heart to serve

Employment: Begins in December 2023

Hotel Location: TheYanné,Tower 4, Jalan Ion Delemen 1, 69000 Genting Highlands, Pahang

Working Time: 9am to 6pm or 11am to 8am or  2pm to 11pm or 11pm to 9 am, 6 days/week

Remuneration: Basic + OTs + Accommodation + 3 Meals/Day
