Job Scope:
- Greet and welcome guest
- Assist to check-in / check-out guest
- Handling calls, inquiry and emails
- Update daily cash flow transaction and deposit record
- Promote activities to guest
- Provide accurate info to guest
- Room minibar replenish
- Support other departments when necessary
Requirements:
- A team player
- Able to speak good English, Malay and Chinese
- Able to perform job task independently, or with less supervise
- Work well in fast-paced environment
- Know basic computer knowledge
- At least 1 year experience in hotel front office line/customer service line for the past 3 years
- EPF, SOCSO and EIS, night shift allowance, attendance bonus, medical benefit will be given after probation period.
