Roles & Responsibilities
• Attend to telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls to the respective personnel
• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner which including drinks and food preparation
• Handle basic inquiries. In charge and sort out incoming and outgoing correspondences in all forms (documents, courier, parcel etc.)
• Oversee and record meeting rooms booking as well as booking for virtual platform (Zoom, Teams, Skype etc.)
• Copying, scanning, and filing documents not limited to other administrative duties
• Monitor office, pantry supplies and ordering replacements
• Keep the reception area and all general area tidy at all times
• Ensure cleaners carries out their duties according to the requirements including maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
• Perform other general office administrative tasks as and when required
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
REQUIREMENTS
1. Possess at least SPM/ STPM or Diploma.
2. With a minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field.
3. Good personality, pleasant and presentable.
4. Good attendance and punctuality record.
5. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
6. Experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
7. Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
8. Responsible and able to handle multi-tasking work.
