Frontend Engineer

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join us. You will be working closely with multiple product teams to help design, maintain, and bring reliability to our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about technology and open to learning new things in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities 

• Lead the frontend development process, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. 
• Develop and maintain complex web applications using Vue.js, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS. 
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. 
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. 
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain modern and competitive. 
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices. Implement and maintain a robust testing framework to ensure high-quality releases.

Requirements 

• Preferably Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering but not limited to any other Bachelor of Engineering. 
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in Vue.js, with a strong understanding of its core principles and ecosystem. 
• Expertise in CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS. 
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ES6+. 
• Experience with responsive, adaptive design & version control systems (Git)
• Experience with frontend build tools and task runners (e.g., Webpack, Gulp). 
• Familiarity with backend technologies and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
