KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Leading the end-to-end development of web applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and meet the specified requirements.
• Maintain high-quality front-end and back-end solutions. This involves coding, debugging, testing, and optimizing the applications for performance and responsiveness.
• Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods, as well as directing our software programming initiatives.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather user requirements and seamlessly integrate them into the development process. Work cohesively with fellow developers to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Conducting thorough testing to ensure the applications meet high-quality standards, including functional, performance, and usability testing.
• Addressing user feedback and making necessary improvements.

Job Summary

• As a Senior Full-Stack Developer specializing in .NET/.NET Core development, you play a leading role in crafting robust and scalable software solutions.
• Focusing on both front-end and back-end development, your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications aligned with our organizational objectives.
• While primarily focusing on development, you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical insights and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Full-stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using MVC, Razor Page, React and Angular for the front-end and .NET/.NET Core technologies for the back-end.
• Emphasizing the seamless integration of SQL and database operations and optimizing complex SQL queries for efficient database interactions.

Technical Solution Design

• Work closely with technology teams to design solutions that meet business requirements. Propose innovative and practical solutions to address technical challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand and incorporate user requirements into the development process.
• Collaborate with fellow developers to integrate front-end and back-end components, fostering a cohesive and efficient development environment and workflow.

Cross-Functional Performance Optimization

• Identify and implement strategies to optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and seamless user experience.

Continuous Learning

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance technical skills. Share knowledge and best practices with fellow development team members.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer with proficiency in .NET/.NET Core development, MVC, React, Angular, and strong expertise in SQL and database integration.
• 3 - 5+ years of demonstrable experience.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to lead and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.
• Ability to adapt to a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work independently while able to act as a good team player.
• Ability to supervise, setting priority for more junior developers.
