Gateway HR (Generalist) - Penang

- Responsible for building alignment with line managers to ensure the best practice and compliance with labor laws and regulations and corporate policy.-Provide advice and coaching line managers on all human resource-related matters.-Maintain HR database to be accurate and up-to-date and provide efficient HR reports and propose findings and solutions to the management team.-Handle HR documents according to company working processes and policies.-Keep up to date with trends and best practices in the HR areas.-Perform other duties as assigned.-Manpower Plan and Monitoring with the operation team .-Process monthly payroll (timesheet, OT calculation etc.).-Prepare monthly reports to superior. - Requirement: Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent.-Preferred computer skill(s): Microsoft Office such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.-Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Candidates with Mandarin language is added advantage as the candidate will need to go through our educational guideline in Mandarin).-Able to work in fast paced environment, multi-tasking and willing to learn.-The candidate must be willing to travel to Perai, Penang Mainland.
