Job Responsibilities
- Warehouse activities (receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of goods)
- Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Maintain asset management and tagging of asset
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawing and correspondence. Ensuing all documents are organized and up-to-date.
- Schedule and perform inspection and preventive maintenance of facilities equipment as per standard requirement (air-conditioning, audio-visual equipment, main switch board, etc)
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors and volunteers for facility related services and repairs
Job Requirements:
- Possess in Diploma or Degree
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems and plumbing is considered a strong advantage.
- Good command in Mandarin , Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Full time position
