Penerangan Pekerjaan - General Clerk / Kerani Am

JOB DESCRIPTION: The General Clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and answering phones. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • To handle Sales Department and QC Department documentations work.
  • Maintain records and filing systems, both electronic and paper.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable.
  • Answer telephone calls and take accurate messages.
  • Any ad-hoc work given by superior.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum SPM. Fresh graduate / entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
