General Clerk.
To performs various administrative tasks to support the office (Account, admin, engineering and procurement). Duties may include:
- Maintaining records: Filing documents in paper and electronic formats, and ensuring they are easily accessible
- Processing mail: Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
- Answering phones: Taking messages and redirecting calls
- Entering data: Transferring data into spreadsheets, databases, and other software programs
- Assisting with reports, documents, and presentations: Helping prepare these
- Managing office supplies and inventory: Assisting with this
