Experience:
Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in engineering, technical sales, or industrial operations.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership or general management capacity.
Prior experience in the pump, fluid systems, or mechanical engineering industry is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
Strategic thinker with excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Proven business development and client relationship management capabilities.
