General Manager of Manufacturing

• Oversee
  and manage the operational performance of the Manufacturing Division,
  encompassing:
  
  a) Engineering
  
  b) Production
  
  c) Facility & Utilities
  
• Provide
  leadership to achieve the company’s mission, strategy, goals, objectives,
  and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), ensuring alignment with
  strategic business initiatives.
  
• Plan
  and direct divisional activities to meet financial targets, quality
  standards, cultural values, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Drive
  a culture of continuous operational excellence within the operations team.
  
• Implement
  systematic and standardized business processes across all plants to ensure
  consistency and efficiency.
  
• Develop,
  manage, and oversee operational budgets.
  
• Monitor,
  measure, and report on operational challenges, opportunities, development
  plans, and achievements within set timelines, formats, and budgets.
  
• Establish
  and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for direct reports to drive
  improvements in client satisfaction, team performance, process efficiency,
  and financial outcomes.
  
• Supervise,
  train, and motivate section heads while supporting management in
  transforming company culture. Ensure consistency in upholding core values
  and work ethics by effectively communicating corporate vision and goals
  across all levels.
  
• Develop
  and implement strategic and tactical plans for operations, technology, and
  engineering.
  
• Perform
  any other relevant duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s
  degree in Engineering, with a postgraduate degree preferred (MBA is an
  advantage).
  
• Knowledge
  of best manufacturing practices, including lean manufacturing, is
  beneficial.
  

Work Experience:

• Minimum
  of 15 years of experience in process manufacturing.
  

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

• Expertise
  in manufacturing technologies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  
• Strong
  understanding of lean manufacturing principles and operational efficiency
  strategies.
  
• Proven
  ability to develop and execute strategic business plans for manufacturing
  operations.
