Job Description:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our wood manufacturing operations. Your primary objectives will include:
- Operational Leadership: Directing and coordinating daily operations to ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery of orders.
- Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team of production staff, supervisors, and administrative personnel.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Quality Control: Maintaining strict quality control measures to uphold our reputation for excellence in craftsmanship.
- Supply Chain Management: Managing inventory levels, sourcing raw materials, and optimizing supplier relationships to support production demands.
- Staff Management: Effectively manage human resources (HR) issues to ensure a productive and harmonious work environment, including attendance, punctuality, discipline, worker welfare and safety, workforce planning, etc.
- Business Development: Assist in develop new business relationship with customers and exploring new market.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and implementing best practices to promote a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a managerial role within the wood manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams.
- In-depth knowledge of wood manufacturing processes, machinery, and industry trends.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
