Your main responsibilities:

- Process Raw Material, IM&S, Freight, Contract & Non-PO vendor invoices in both Japan characters and Bahasa
- Daily Communication with Japan local vendors and stakeholders in Japan language to resolve vendor invoice and payment issues
- Daily Communication with Bahasa language to resolve vendor invoice and payment issues
- Follow-up on various open items, parked items, aged items in SAP
- Handling stakeholder queries with regard to invoice and payment issues
- Perform invoice/credit memo corrections
- Participate/organise resolution calls with internal & external stakeholders
- Perform root cause analysis on reccurring errors/issues
- Ensures all relevant Internal Audit & Business Compliance guidelines, controls and policies are followed
- Raise awareness in case of issues/problems to team lead and P2P Manager as necessary
- Identify areas of process improvement
- Assist in updating training materials and conduct training on P2P related topics

Key requirements for this role:
Languages: 
- Candidate must be able to read and write in Japan and Bahasa characters
- Proficiency in Japan is a MUST for handling Japan operations and vendors to resolve invoice and payment queries
- Proficiency in English is a MUST

Professional experience: 
- 1-3 years minimum relevant experience in a multicultural
- Experience in handling Japan market is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable is an advantage
- Knowledge of GST/VAT & WHT is an advantage
