APAC Social Media and Communications Manager - Your future position?

In this role, you will support the Communications Director APAC and regional management team in driving employee engagement around APAC priorities and enhancing Givaudan's external profile. You will coordinate and implement a broad range of internal and external communications activities across the region, as well as contribute to global projects.

You will report to the Communications Director APAC T&W, and you will be based in Kelana Jaya, Selangor with business travel opportunities to SG & across APAC region.

Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:

• Social Media & External Communications: Drive the digital and PR communication strategies. Develop creative and impactful content strategies for social media and digital platforms across APAC to boost brand awareness and lead generation. Manage news releases, external events, media relations, and social media monitoring, drafting communications plans for regional initiatives & collaborating with external agencies.


• Event Management (Online & Offline): Lead the coordination and execution of events i.e. meetings that showcase our brand and connect with key audiences. Create engaging social media posts and monitor their success by utilising the appropriate measurement tools, to develop post-event reports with actionable insights.


• Leadership Communications: Support leadership engagement through high-quality internal communications such as town halls, and webinars. Develop internal content materials — presentations, newsletters, video scripts, and success stories.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support global projects cross-functionally as required.

You?

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Marketing, Journalism or relevant.


• 8–10 years of B2B digital communications experience, including at least 5 years of hands‑on strategy and execution.


• Prior experience working in MNC companies or a regional role would be preferred.


• Proficiency in digital marketing and automation tools, including Google Ads, social media (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat), and CRM systems such as Salesforce(Pegasus).


• Experience using analytics and performance tools (Google Analytics, Tableau), including AI‑powered tools.


• Professional writing, storytelling, and public relations skills. Good media contacts within trade, Tier 1 media is advantageous.


• Able to demonstrate business partnering with various stakeholders, coordinating multiple cross‑functional initiatives across APAC.


• Excellent project management/tracking skills; self‑starter with a proactive & curious mindset.


• Enjoys working in a highly matrixed, fluid & dynamic environment.


• Strong analytical skills, insights generation and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent English communication skills.
