YOUR ROLE 

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

• Collaborate with the Business Control team to generate credit and debit notes related to accruals.


• Review and validate credit and debit notes for accuracy.


• Perform offsetting of accrual accounts.


• Execute SOX controls relevant to Business Control activities.


• Prepare and finalize monthly closing reports.


• Support the development and adherence to Business Control procedures and guidelines.


• Provide support for ad hoc requests, including occasional weekend support.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.


• Prior experience in Business Control is preferred.


• Experience within a Shared Service Center environment is advantageous.


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; exposure to SAP is preferred.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and proactive abilities.


• Ability to effectively multitask, manage workload independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
