Responsibilities Include:\n\n * Lead and conduct EHS\u0026S audits to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, Micron EHS internal standards, and external international standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and RBA.\n * Coordinate audit schedules between multiple international sites with internal and external business partners, including Customer Support and other RBA-related collaborators.\n * Develop and implement corrective action plans to ensure timely completion and follow-up audits when required.\n * Participate in nonconformity review and root cause analysis to identify and address systemic issues.\n * Analyze audit data for trends and systemic issues to demonstrate the effectiveness of the audit program.\n * Monitor and evaluate process connectivity to find opportunities for improvement and ensure that EHS\u0026S management systems are effectively supporting overall business goals.\n * Ensure continuous improvement of EHS\u0026S management systems through lessons learned and adoption of best practices.\n * Identify and implement process enhancements that improve connectivity between EHS\u0026S management systems and other organizational functions, such as production, quality, and supply chain.\n * Develop and maintain process maps that illustrate the interconnections between EHS\u0026S management systems and other business processes, ensuring clarity and alignment.\n * Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance process connectivity and streamline information flow between EHS\u0026S management systems and other business processes.\n * Ensure alignment of EHS\u0026S management systems with corporate sustainability initiatives and business process improvement projects.\n * Develop and monitor metrics to measure the effectiveness of EHS\u0026S management systems and audit processes.\n * Provide coaching and mentoring to new or less experienced auditors at global and site levels.\n * Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with collaborators at all levels.\n\n\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nQualifications:\n\n * Relevant auditor\u2019s certification: Accredited ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 lead auditor training by a certified third party.\n * Data Analytics and Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to analyze process and audit data and identify improvement opportunities including using technology to enhance process connectivity.\n * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Including proficiency in root cause analysis tools.\n * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and multi-language ability such as Mandarin, Malay, and Japanese is desired.\n * Strong ability to communicate in different cultural and professional settings: Demonstrated capability to adapt communication styles to diverse cultural and professional environments, fostering understanding and cooperation.\n * Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries and geographies: Comfortable navigating different departments and locations with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate processes across different departments.\n * Strong standout colleague skills: Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with cross-functional organizations.\n * Ability to work under strict deadlines: Manage tasks efficiently in a rapidly changing environment.\n * Guided by business objectives: Determine the best methods for delivering results aligned with organizational goals.\n * Proficiency in independently completing complex tasks: Demonstrated ability to handle challenging assignments autonomously.\n\n\n\nEducation Required: \n\nMinimum of a B.Sc. degree in an Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Occupational Health Safety), Science or another relevant degree!\n\nExperience Required:\n\n * Auditing Experience: Minimum 5 years in EHS\u0026S management systems auditing, with international audit experience in multinational corporations preferred.\n * Operational Experience: At least 5 years in EHS\u0026S operations and management systems within manufacturing, ideally in the electronics or semiconductor industry.\n * Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, equipment, and processes in electronics manufacturing and related EHS\u0026S risks.\n * Compliance and Auditing: Proven experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with EHS\u0026S standards.\n * Integrity and Resiliency: High level of integrity and resiliency in audit processes.\n * Process Improvement: Successful track record in leading and implementing projects that enhance process connectivity and efficiency.\n * Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Effective negotiation skills and ability to handle confrontation.\n * Influence and Consensus Building: Ability to influence, build consensus, and resolve conflicts at all organizational levels.\n * Organizational Skills: Highly organized, meticulous, with a strong focus on accuracy!\n\n\n\nTravel\n\n * Travel Required?
