Global Facilities & Engineering Manager (MSI - Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia)

The Position

The Global Facilities & Engineering Manager (MSI – Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia) is responsible for driving the implementation and continuous improvement of key processes across Environmental Health & Safety (Be Green, Be Safe & Be Healthy), Security & Crisis Management (Be Secure), Real Estate & Facility Management, GFE initiatives, Permit Management, Fleet Management (where applicable), and General Office Administration to ensure a safe, secure, compliant, and efficient workplace environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Security Safety and Crisis Management - Lead security, facilities, and real estate operations to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace


• Real Estate & Facility Management - Responsible to manage office asset and infrastructure documentation and to ensure office renovation/refurbishment according to BI OCP guideline. Consulted or be involved in transactions for lease of offices/labs and fit GFE topics.


• EHS & Security Committee - Execution of risk assessments across EHS processes with active CAPA management, perform monthly safety inspection programs within the facility/office and provide closure of observations


• Third Party Warehouse & Contractors Management - Coordinate audit of supplier and 3rd-party warehouse in country prior to contract renewal and establish Permit-to-Work system in the office for services and maintenance


• Office Admin – Ensure OPEX is within budget, work with Apptio and ensure data input is reliable

About Our Future Employee

• Degree/Diploma in BA or Engineering or EHS or Security Studies or equivalent or local regulation approved certifications


• At least 4-5 years of experience in Security Safety and Crisis Management, and Real Estate and facility/office management


• Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of English language proficiency, speech clarity, and stakeholder engagement capability


• Displays strong personal maturity and self-confidence, coupled with a proactive, results-oriented approach and a sense of urgency in delivering business objectives


• Experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment is an advantage
