Global Logistic Manager - Positive Work Culture

Job Descriptions:
1. Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and meet company objectives.
2. Oversee transportation operations, including coordinating shipments, selecting carriers, and negotiating freight rates.
3. Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and distribution of goods.
4. Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance.
6. Collaborate with internal departments, such as procurement, sales, and others, to coordinate logistics activities and ensure alignment with company goals.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, carriers, and service providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective logistics solutions.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to logistics operations, including safety, security, and environmental regulations.
9. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the logistics function and implement initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management to drive continuous improvement.

Language Requirement:
• Fluency in  both Mandarin and English is required.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. 
• 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a multinational company.
• Proven track record of success in optimizing logistics operations and driving process improvements.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
