Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our expanding team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for a passionate designer who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and who possesses strong creative instincts and a refined design sensibility. You will lead and support the execution of brand, packaging, and visual content for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design compelling branding, packaging, and graphic materials.

• Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to execute creative strategies.

• Lead design projects from ideation to completion while ensuring high quality and brand consistency.

• Adapt designs across various formats and platforms, including print and digital.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams across language and cultural boundaries.

• Stay informed of industry trends and apply innovative design approaches.

Requirements:

• 4 - 7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio in branding and packaging.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Solid understanding of the retail and commercial design landscape is advantageous.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

• Strong creative vision and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
