Job Summary:

We are searching for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our internal marketing initiatives and creating visually compelling external web-stores for our merchants. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Internal Marketing Design

• Create engaging graphics and content for SHOPLINE’s media advertising, social media communications, and other related marketing campaigns
• Stay on top of the latest design and digital trends, and ensure they're reflected and applied creatively in our assets.
• Design and maintain brand consistent templates for various departments.
• Collaborate with other departments to produce creative solutions for internal marketing strategies and objectives.

External Web-Store Design

• Design and manage the visual aspects of our external web-store, ensuring a user friendly and aesthetically pleasing experience.
• Create high quality graphics, banners, product images and other visual elements for the merchant's web-store.
• Ensure a seamless integration of design elements with website functionality.
• Develop a cohesive visual identity for the web-store that aligns with the company's brand.

Content Creation & Management

• Produce multimedia content including videos, animations and interactive graphics.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and branding across all digital platforms.
• Update and manage digital platforms, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with the departments to understand team requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business goals.
• Provide creative input and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present design concepts and receive feedback.

Brand Development

• Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's brand visual identity.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.

Job Requirements

What Are the Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, or any other related discipline.
• An excellent communicator, capable of articulating concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to not only take direction but also provide expertise while meeting tight deadlines
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
• Knowledge in additional areas such as HTML, video editing work is a big plus.
• A keen interest in E-Commerce or SaaS independently staying up to date with the latest developments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
