Description of School

Tenby International School Setia EcoHill is one of the newer schools in the Tenby family and is set in a wonderful 14-acre campus with outstanding facilities. Purpose of Role 

Assist and manage the planning, delivery, and evaluation of 360 marketing
mix, to help deliver student recruitment and school brand objective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Initiatives
    - Work with Marketing & Communications Manager for all marketing initiatives to ensure on-brand positioning and awareness across all aspects of the marketing mix in a timely manner. 
    - Create clear and impactful marketing message that represents the school’s brand and value proposition to market segment and accordance to Tenby Schools guideline. 
    - To ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with the school’s unique selling proposition.
  • Digital Marketing
    - Lead Generation : Assist in the development and implementation of leads generation campaign with data and analysis. 
    - Website & Social Media : Create compelling social media contents that would retain current parents and attract new prospects.
  • Portfolio Management
    - School Relationship : Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationship with School Leadership Team, Academic & Administrative staff where you provide advice and guidance on marketing and brand-related matters. 
    - Event Marketing : Support school’s events, including planning, and content creation for Open Days, Campus Tour, Webinars, Workshop and community events.
     - Website & Social Media content : Collaborate with SLT, Academics & Regional Team to create social media content that will help grow digital presence of the school.
  • Creative Work
    - Support in design, photography & videography of school 
    - Work closely with stakeholders to deliver creative works. 
    - Overseeing creative works from creative agency or other related vendor.
  • PA to Campus Principal
    - Secretarial Services: Provide administrative and secretarial services including manage appointments and phone calls as requested by the Campus Principal in a timely, professional manner. 
    - Provide a high level of customer service to staff, students, parents, visitors and callers to the school. 
    - Receive, sort, and prioritize mail and emails, redirecting as appropriate and responding to all routine correspondence daily in a timely manner.
    - Ensure the filing system for the Campus Principal is kept up to date.
    - Sharing communication with school community including parents 
    - Process stand-down documentation. 
    - Working with other departments in organizing school events. 
    - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with ISP and other school staff members and contribute to the general team well-being. 
    - Protect confidentiality of records and information about students/parents/staff and use discretion when sharing such information.

 

Requirements

  • Job Related Education and Qualifications & Knowledge
    Essential - Degree or Postgraduate (or equivalent qualification) 
    Desirable - Degree in Marketing, Communications, Art or related.
  • Experience 
    - Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing/communications or similar role or fresh graduate.
    - Has the knowledge on below-the-line, above-the-line and digital marketing campaigns that are highly effective.
  • Skills/Abilities
    - Strong operational and project management skills. 
    - Assist in development of strategies, planning and managing for implementation of marketing strategies. 
    - Ability to execute marketing initiatives in timely manner with hands-on collaborative style of working. 
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    - Well versed with Microsoft Office. 
    - Design experience is an added advantage.
